Queries related to BUSY 21

Obviously, by now many questions would have arisen in your mind.  So, we are trying to answer some of them here.  The same are given below:

Q: What will happen to Users of BUSY 18 with Active BLS?

A: They will get FREE upgrade to BUSY21.  BLS Date will remain same.

Q: What will happen to Users of BUSY 18 with Expired BLS?

A: They can continue to use BUSY 18 without any New Updates / GSP Services.  They can upgrade to BUSY 21 by paying upgrade charges (BS – 1800, SS – 2700, ES - 3600).  Once upgraded, they will get one year BLS.  As Upgrade Charges are same as BLS Renewal Charges of BUSY18, there won’t be any pricing impact.

Q: What will happen to new boxes of BUSY 18 lying with Channel Partners?

A: Once BUSY 21 is released, New License Registration of BUSY 18 will be stopped.  Partners can upgrade new boxes of BUSY 18 to BUSY 21 by paying differential price (1800 for BS & 900 for SS).  These upgrades will be done by BIPL.

Q: What if a new User want to buy BUSY 18 only (due to lower cost)?

A: This option will not be available.  Once BUSY 21 is released, BUSY 18 will not be available.

Q: What will happen to Users of BUSY 17 & below?

A: They can continue to use BUSY without any new updates / GSP services.  They can upgrade to BUSY 21 anytime by paying Upgrade Price.  On upgradation, they will get one year BLS.
